Vintage Seiko Spirit 7N93-5000 Frosted Dial 1994 Quartz JDM Watch
This is why Seiko was still so fantastic in the 1990s, the dials were amazing, especially for this price point. This is a perfect example of that - nice case shape, great dial, high-end caliber and overall unique & great watch.
From a distance it looks like a generic, white plain dial but when you let the light play with the dial it reveals it's frosted/iced out pattern - gorgeous if you ask me!
This is a Vintage Seiko Spirit Watch reference 7N93-5000 made in 1994 and it's a JDM (Japan Domestic Market) model with Kanji/English Day. It comes on the original bracelet.
The Seiko Spirit series was an entry-level range of watches but nevertheless Seiko did not spare and put this beauty of a frosted dial in - it was also equipped with the high-end quartz caliber 7N93 which has a very impressive ±20 seconds/year accuracy!
This is model SCDF001 cost a whopping 30,000 Yen in 1996! (not really entry-level, to be honest).
Watch has received a fresh battery, works perfectly and has been ultrasonically cleaned.

All your questions answered
Are these Genuine Seiko Watches?
Yes - all watches offered on WatchEra are 100% genuine.
I have been collecting Seiko & Watches for over 10 years, had over 1500 different seiko's passed through my hands, are actively contributing to forums & groups and carefully - I even own a bunch of Seiko Catalogs & Books to use as reference.
- If parts are replaced (like strap or crystal) this is always mentioned in the description.
- I do not sell "redials", "mumbai specials" "seiko mods" or other franken-watches related.
- To proof the authenticity, I'll give you all references available, the original model number and a picture of how the watch was depicted in the original vintage seiko dealer catalog.
Feel free to ask me any specific questions about vintage Seiko watches.
3 Months Warranty - How does it work?
All watches sold on WatchEra are working and any details important to the functionality are mentioned.
I do stand behind the quality of the watches that I sell and therefor offer a 3 month warranty on the movement.
At WatchEra - every watch that hits the store is checked by myself personally or by one of the watchmakers I work with.
However - most watches sold are used, vintage and sometimes very old wristwatches. Generally speaking I'm not aware of the (service) history or water resistance but will describe the current condition as transparant as possible.

How are you able to offer so much Vintage Seiko Watches?
That's the secret of the smith ofcourse, but to give a small insight:
I've been collecting vintage Seiko Watches myself for over 10 years and over the years I've built a net work of fellow seiko-collectors, watch resellers and other companies and individuals that are able to consistently offer high-quality genuine vintage Seiko's to me, mainly from Asia & Japan.
Next to that, I use alot of the same platforms that you might use and local marketplaces, watch fairs & auctions.
Also, do note that Seiko was one of the booming and most succesful watch companies throughout the 70s and 80s and millions of Seikos were produced & sold - my skill is finding the right ones for you :)
