Hi! Nice to meet you, I'm Robin, the owner & founder of WatchEra 

I started collecting watches in 2015 after I got a fashion watch for my birthday. In search of something better, I ended in the rabbit hole of watch forums and purchased my first watch, a Seiko SKX007. It was love at first sight, and quickly after I dabbled into vintage, my first purchase being a Seiko QR 3863-8000. I worked a big auction house at the time, and from there learned the ropes of selling vintage & antiques. To fund the watch collection, I started flipping watches that didn't fit in the collection anymore. Now, 10 years later, this got a bit out of hand and here were are with WatchEra!

Over the years, I've learned alot about watches and sold over 1000 (vintage) pieces, mainly seiko and other japanese watches. 
I personally collect (quartz) vintage watches between 1968-1979 and vintage Seiko Diver, and that's where my expertise lies, but anything Seiko peaks my interest and is what I collect.

Personally, I care alot about authenthicity in vintage watches and you can see this back in the watches I put up for sale on my website. Perhaps not all of them are in great condition, but I can assure you they are as original as possible. In case something is replaced or not correct, I describe this as best to my ability. And I can assure you that after 10 years of collecting vintage Seiko I've picked up a thing or two :)
