Refund policy

We would like to remind you of the following conditions for returns:

• You have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day you receive the product.
• Products must be returned unworn and in new condition, in the original packaging.
• Any additional goods/parts supplied must be added to the return shipment.
• Make sure all labels are intact (as far as possible).
• Please include the original warranty and instruction booklets if applicable
• If an additional product, part of the watch or movement or otherwise, is missing the return will not be accepted and returned to you.

Exercising the right of withdrawal is not mandatory under these conditions.
