Return policy

WatchEra operates a 14-day return policy on all online purchases. We aim to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and assure our customers that they can return their purchase within a period of fourteen days from the date of purchase without providing a reason.

Returns are only accepted for watches purchased through watchera.nl. Purchases made by appointment are excluded and considered final.

IMPORTANT
You may only return a watch if it meets the following conditions:

  • For a full refund, watches must not have been worn and/or damaged.
  • A watch must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased.
  • All original warranty papers or documentation included with the watch must be provided. This includes, among other things, boxes, booklets, papers, or other accessories.

REFUND INFORMATION

Refunds will always be provided in the same manner as the original payment and will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.WatchEra cannot be held liable for lost parcels or packages due to the actions of a postal company. Therefore, we recommend sending return parcels fully insured.

To expedite your return, we recommend using the return order function in your account. You can find this by logging in to your account in the top right, select your order and completing the "return order" function.
