Warranty only applies for watches purchased at Watchera.nl. Purchases made by appointment are excluded and considered final. Vintage Watches purchased through online marketplaces do not apply for WatchEra's 3 Month Movement Warranty.

BRAND NEW WATCHES - FACTORY WARRANTY

For brand new watches the original factory warranty of the watch applies. Please check the description and contact a local authorized dealer of the purchased brand to have the issue sorted. USED & VINTAGE WATCHES - 3 MONTHS WARRANTY

I do stand behind the quality of the watches that I sell and therefor offer a 3 month warranty on the movement. At WatchEra - every watch that hits the store is checked by myself personally or by one of the watchmakers I work with. The warranty period starts on the day you receive the watch.

IMPORTANT

Warranty applies on the functionality as described and for the mechanism of the watch only. The 3-month warranty does not include and is voided by:

  • Water damage as a result of showering, swimming, temperature changes or otherwise.
  • Damage to the inner mechanism, crystal, case or strap as a result of fall damage, misuse of the watch, accidents or anything beyond normal use.
  • Having opened the watch through the crystal or caseback yourself or if a third-party watchmaker has had the watch looked at.
  • Any tampering, swapped parts, adjustments or otherwise that altered the watch compared to how it was sold at WatchEra.nl

DEFECTIVE GOODS OR DIFFERENT AS-DESCRIBED

I do put great care in preventing defective or not as-described cases, mainly by thourougly describing and picturing every watches no matter the price point. It's your responsibility as a buyer to read the description and look at all pictures thorougly too, but as I'm only human - sometimes mistakes can happen.

When possible I will find and offer you a solution instead of returning the watch. For example a compensation so you can have the watch repaired locally or offer a discount on the purchase amount or future amounts for not-described - I believe finding a solution that works for all buyers and leaving you happy is always the way to go.

Once delivered you must inspect the watch as soon as reasonably practicable on the day of delivery, and inform me immediately if:

- The watch is faulty or is not as described and/or does not match the description.

If you wish to claim that any of the watches are delivered damaged or not as described you are required to give notice of the damage and, if chosen/offered after contact, return the watch within 14 days after delivery.

REFUND INFORMATION

Refunds will always be provided in the same manner as the original payment and will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.WatchEra cannot be held liable for lost parcels or packages due to the actions of a postal company. Therefore, we recommend sending return parcels fully insured.

To expedite your return, we recommend using the return order function in your account. You can find this by logging in to your account in the top right, select your order and completing the "return order" function. Return postage, packaging and insured are buyers' responsibility but I will assist wherever possible with a fair solution.

All original warranty papers or documentation included with the watch must be provided. This includes, among other things, boxes, booklets, papers, or other accessories.
