Seiko Spirit
The Seiko Spirit was a entry to mid-level range of Seiko Watches that started in the late 80s and evolved from the Seiko Chronos range.
There's quite a wide range of models available on the Spirit Range, mainly because of the vast design switches in terms of watches that happend with Seiko in the 90s, with Seiko Spirit being one of the ranges that went to join the modern, new seiko design style and not sticking to the original models.
Early in the 90s, Seiko Spirit watches were anti-magnetic, 10ATM water resistance models with either a dressier or sporty look with no complications, but later on evolved into alarm--chronographs and other more complicated, dressier, expensive models by using 8N41, 5E31, 5S21 and 5H23 Quartz Calibers.
The 5S21 was quite revolutionary, called the "Comtemporary Basic" it was basically the first meca-quartz, "floating" more than it is "ticking" - although this series never really took off under collections. My assumption is because of the western-inspired design choices, instead of sticking to the "Grammar of Design"
Seiko Spirit is technically still alive as the Seiko SBTR-Chronograph Models are still referenced too as "Spirit".
