We sources a beautiful Vintage Seiko Cadet 7N01-5010 from 1990 in Cartier Santos style.

The Seiko Cadet series is a very underrated and not very well known series, it lasted only for a couple of years and was clearly inspired by the Europese modern watch hits, but it wasn't a big succes at the time.
The Cadet logo, almost looking like the Eiffel Tower, interestingly sits at 6 o clock.

This model is very well preserved and in great condition, but, as with many JDM Seiko watches, has no extra links and the bracelet only fits up to ~16cm wrists, more suitable for women than man.

Nevertheless this Seiko Cadet is a rare example and could be a great watch for someone seeking the santos style without splashing thousands of dollars on a Cartier.
