Vintage Citizen Watch 4-7303811 Quartz with a so-called "Rice Paper" Dial in white. I wish Citizen would start making dials like this again!

This might be quartz, but it's a really well-finished piece. Applied, polished and bevelled indexes - did we mention the dial already - and hands as polished and sharp like a katana

The watch, case and strap have been ultrasonically cleaned and are therefore completely neat again. New battery installed in JUne 2024. Comes on aftermarket bracelet.
