Vintage Seiko Chariot “Cartier” 6030-5210 SGP 1980 Watch
In the late 1970s and 1980 Seiko released a whole range of models that had European or Swiss Influences on the design - because at that time everything Western was very popular in Japan.
This Seiko Chariot "Cartier Tank" Reference 6030-5210 is a perfect example of that. The black dial with golden roman numeral indices is clearly inspired by the style of watch Cartier made their Tank Model famous with, but with enough uniqueness (in for example the 30mm SGP case-shape) to still let it be a Vintage Seiko Watch.
It's a great true dress watch in dimensions too with 28mm case diameter and 37mm lug to lug. The 6030 Caliber made it possible to fit it in 6mm of thickness.
Since 2023 these models have been rediscovered and are a sought-after vintage seiko dress watch for collectors that love the cartier-esque style but dislike the price point.

I do stand behind the quality of the watches that I sell and therefor offer a 3 month warranty on the movement.
At WatchEra - every watch that hits the store is checked by myself personally or by one of the watchmakers I work with.
However - most watches sold are used, vintage and sometimes very old wristwatches. Generally speaking I'm not aware of the (service) history or water resistance but will describe the current condition as transparant as possible.

- Has neutral packaging to prevent theft

I've been collecting vintage Seiko Watches myself for over 10 years and over the years I've built a net work of fellow seiko-collectors, watch resellers and other companies and individuals that are able to consistently offer high-quality genuine vintage Seiko's to me, mainly from Asia & Japan.
Next to that, I use alot of the same platforms that you might use and local marketplaces, watch fairs & auctions.
