Nog een prachtig dresswatch, dit Vintage Seiko Seagull horloge met referentie 5933-5080 geproduceerd in de Daini Fabriek in 1982.
De gouden sterrenstof wijzerplaat Wat meteen opvalt is de prachtige elegante wijzerplaat.
De kast is bijzonder omdat de 32mm kast is gecoat met Harde titanium nitride (HGC) waardoor het harder en krasbestendiger is dan roestvrij staal. Het is gecombineerd met een bijpassende, maar aftermarket-band, die eenvoudig kan worden aangepast
Ik kan me alleen maar voorstellen hoe een succesvolle Japanse zakenman in de jaren 80 dit in een stijlvol pak zou hebben gedaan!
Het horloge heeft een verse batterij En functioneert perfect . Het houdt de tijd goed bij en de quickset dag-datum kan goed worden gebruikt.
Het materiaal en het uurwerk maakten deze vintage Seiko met model BZE984 een dure in 1982: 60.000 Yen !

I do stand behind the quality of the watches that I sell and therefor offer a 3 month warranty on the movement.
At WatchEra - every watch that hits the store is checked by myself personally or by one of the watchmakers I work with.
However - most watches sold are used, vintage and sometimes very old wristwatches. Generally speaking I'm not aware of the (service) history or water resistance but will describe the current condition as transparant as possible.

I've been collecting vintage Seiko Watches myself for over 10 years and over the years I've built a net work of fellow seiko-collectors, watch resellers and other companies and individuals that are able to consistently offer high-quality genuine vintage Seiko's to me, mainly from Asia & Japan.
