Vintage Seiko Type II 4336-8070 1977 Sky Grey Quartz Horloge
Uit het jaar dat Type II meer dan 70 modellen in de Seiko-catalogus had, is deze Vintage Seiko Type II referentie 4336-8070 met prachtige hemelsgrijze wijzerplaat uit 1978 een absolute schoonheid!
Ik noem deze de "sky grey" wijzerplaat omdat hij grijs is op de pols maar glinstert naar lichtblauw , net als de lucht. Een ander geweldig detail zijn de scherp gepolijste wijzers die eruit zien alsof ze gepolijst zijn als een mes of katana - samen met de uurindexen die de vorm hebben van een stok en in tweeën gesneden zijn, waarbij het ene deel hoog gepolijst is en het andere mat.
Het horloge is geproduceerd in de Daini- fabriek, wat te zien is aan de Daini- bliksemschicht op 6 uur.
Dit is model QHP021 uit de catalogus van 1978 en kostte toen 35.000 yen !
Horloge, kast en band zijn ultrasoon gereinigd en dus weer helemaal netjes. Ook is er een nieuwe batterij geplaatst om te zorgen dat het horloge weer optimaal loopt.
Let op: Helaas blijft de quickset dag soms hangen en wil niet quicksetten.

All watches sold on WatchEra are working and any details important to the functionality are mentioned.
I do stand behind the quality of the watches that I sell and therefor offer a 3 month warranty on the movement.
At WatchEra - every watch that hits the store is checked by myself personally or by one of the watchmakers I work with.
However - most watches sold are used, vintage and sometimes very old wristwatches. Generally speaking I'm not aware of the (service) history or water resistance but will describe the current condition as transparant as possible.

- Has neutral packaging to prevent theft
- We only ship watches in BOXES not in ENVELOPS as we believe boxes are way less often lost by shipping companies.

I've been collecting vintage Seiko Watches myself for over 10 years and over the years I've built a net work of fellow seiko-collectors, watch resellers and other companies and individuals that are able to consistently offer high-quality genuine vintage Seiko's to me, mainly from Asia & Japan.
